💖 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy 

At Southern Belle & Beaus, we want our customers to love every piece they take home. Because we design and carry specialty boutique children’s clothing, sibling outfits, baby gifts, and matching family styles, we handle returns with care to keep our collections special and fair to all shoppers.

Return Time Frame

  • In-store purchases may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

  • Online purchases may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

All returns must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Preorders & Final Sale Items

Please note: Pre-orders are final sale. Because preorder items are custom-made just for you, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
Other final sale items include: bows, hair accessories, socks/tights, hats, swimwear, intimates, custom/monogrammed pieces, clearance items, and gift cards.

Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only, in the form of a gift card.

  • Credit is valid for 1 year from issue date.

  • Store credit can be used for any purchase in our boutique or online shop.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges when sizing or item availability allows. If the same item in a different size/color is not available, you may exchange for another item of equal value.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately heyyall@southernbelleandbeaus.com
 so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us heyyall@southernbelleandbeaus.com with your order number and details. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
