At Southern Belle & Beaus, we want every shopping experience to be smooth, whether you’re purchasing in-store at our children’s boutique in Marion, SC, or ordering online for shipping anywhere in the U.S. Our goal is to deliver cute, high-quality kids’ clothing, matching sibling sets, baby gifts, and boutique accessories to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Order Processing

• In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. We carefully package your children’s boutique clothing to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.

• If you choose local store pickup, your order is ready as soon as you receive your “ready for pickup” email. Pickups are available at our boutique located at 614 N Main St, Marion, SC 29571.

• Preorders are shipped based on the estimated dates listed in each product description. Preorder clothing (such as seasonal outfits, sibling sets, or holiday collections) is specially made and worth the wait!

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight, location, and carrier. We use trusted services such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delivery Times

While most orders arrive quickly, shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Please allow additional time during holidays, busy seasons, or inclement weather.

Important Notes

• We do not hand deliver orders outside of store pickup.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Southern Belle & Beaus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
